Can I exchange an item for a different style, size or color?

Any returned items will be refunded to the original payment.

Please email us at hello@sevventytwo.com to request for an exchange in size or style. Do include your order number and the product you'd like to exchange to and we will give you more instructions on how to return the clothing.

Can I change my order once it's placed?

We fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will try our best to stop your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item, however, it’s not a guarantee.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by any charges.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
